A Dubai-based operational advisory and special situations firm.

We work alongside business owners, investors, lenders and management teams to solve complex operational and financial challenges — embedding directly to create real, lasting value.

Our team comes from leadership, HR, banking and startup entrepreneurship — and we have lived the work we describe above, operating these businesses and assets first-hand rather than reading about them. We have successfully run and established companies for decades, and bought and sold businesses of our own. That is why we bring the perspective of those who have sat in the owner's seat, not just advised from beside it.
